MT8870 DTMF Decoding Board With Pins

This ready-to-use MT8870 DTMF decoding module delivers production-grade tone recognition in a prototyping-friendly form factor. Measuring 20 mm × 30 mm with standard 0.1-inch DIP-16 spacing, it weighs just 5 g and features a durable FR-4 PCB with clearly labelled silkscreen (VCC, GND, IN, Q1–Q4, STD, OSC1/2). Powered by 5 V DC, it accepts AC-coupled audio inputs and outputs decoded digits as TTL-compatible 4-bit binary codes. The integrated STD pin provides a precise, debounced detection flag. Two LEDs — red for power, green for decoding activity — are directly connected to internal nodes for zero-latency visual confirmation. Includes pre-fitted 16-way male headers for immediate breadboard or terminal block interfacing.
