MRF012-Compatible Hygrostat 65% RH

A direct replacement and functional equivalent for the MRF012 electromechanical hygrostat, engineered to activate enclosure heating when relative humidity exceeds 65% RH — preventing condensation-induced short circuits and corrosion. Dimensions: 67 x 50 x 38 mm. UL94 V-0 rated light grey plastic housing. Mounts on standard 35 mm DIN rail (EN 50022) in any orientation. Temperature range: 0–60°C operating / −20–80°C storage. IP20 protection for indoor cabinet applications. Features a change-over contact with 4% RH hysteresis (±3% tolerance), rated for 100,000 mechanical operations. Electrical ratings: minimum 20 V AC / 100 mA DC; maximum 250 V AC / 5 A (resistive), 1 A (inductive), or 20 W DC. Terminals accept rigid wire up to 2.5 mm² or ferruled stranded wire up to 1.5 mm² (clamping torque ≤ 0.5 Nm). Certified to EN 55014-1-2 (EMI), EN 61000-3-2 (harmonics) and EN 61000-3-3 (flicker), confirming suitability for use in CE-marked industrial control systems across the UK and EU.
