MODBUS PT100 RS485 Sensor

A compact, DIN-rail friendly (via optional bracket) RS485 temperature sensor module built for integration into automation systems. Measures -20°C to +400°C using connected 2-wire or 3-wire PT100 sensors. Module size: 60 × 30 × 16 mm; weight: 16 g. Includes stainless steel waterproof probe (6.5 mm Ø, 30 mm length, 0.5 m cable). Power: DC 8–25 V (12 V optimal), operating current 8–13 mA. Uses standard MODBUS RTU protocol (03H read, 06H write), default 9600 baud (N, 8, 1). Supports up to 247 device addresses on one bus — practical scalability confirmed for installations with >50 nodes when using proper termination and repeaters. Accuracy: ±1% of measured value; periodic verification recommended. Protocol documentation included for register mapping and error handling.
