MK8 Aluminum Assembled Hotend Set

Size: approx. 52 x 63 x 72 mm (2.04 x 2.48 x 2.83 inches). Primary frame constructed from anodised aluminum alloy — enhancing surface hardness and resistance to abrasion and chemical exposure — paired with flame-retardant ABS end caps. Includes one fully wired and tested MK8 hotend unit, plus four interchangeable nozzles: atomising, straight, left-angled, and right-angled — each selected for defined hydraulic performance characteristics. Spray angle and volumetric output are manually adjustable via accessible thumb screws. Tool-free design enables full disassembly in under 90 seconds. Documented usage across subsistence farming, vertical farm modules, and electronics manufacturing rinse lines.
