Mini560 PRO Compact 12V Buck Converter

A compact, PCB-based DC-DC buck converter — the Mini560 PRO — delivers regulated 12V output from an input of 5.5V–20V, subject to a hard limit of ≤2V above output voltage. Its stamp-hole footprint supports direct, mechanically secure integration into custom circuit boards. Output current is specified as less than 5A, with 4A achievable continuously under moderate ambient conditions; operation above 4A requires external thermal management, and sustained loads above 3A benefit from heatsinking. Switching frequency is fixed at 500 kHz. Conversion efficiency reaches up to 99% under best-case conditions. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C. Synchronous rectification enhances efficiency and transient response. Minor aesthetic differences (e.g., PCB solder mask shade or label font) may appear across production runs — all units meet identical electrical and thermal specifications.
