This replacement pull start assembly fits Honda GX160 and GX200 5.5HP and 6.5HP engines, as well as compatible clone models. It uses a curved steel rod pawl configuration (OEM-equivalent part numbers: 27400-Z1, 28400-Z4M-306ZB, 27400-Z1T-702) and meets exact dimensional requirements: 160 mm (6.30 in) between mounting holes measured through the central axis, 80 mm (3.15 in) between adjacent holes, and a 55 mm (1.97 in) ratchet diameter. The metal housing enhances durability and thermal resilience, while the pull cord is tension-optimised for smooth draw and low breakage risk. A dedicated coil spring enables quick, complete recoil return. Contents: 1 pull plate, 1 rope, 3 screws — nothing more, nothing less.
