A purely mechanical, diaphragm-actuated water pressure switch rated for 40–60 PSI operation, featuring manual adjustment of both cut-in pressure and pressure differential. Equipped with a 1/4 inch female NPT port for universal mounting on pressure vessels or pump manifolds. Overall dimensions: ~6.5 cm (H) × 4.2 cm (W) × 3.8 cm (D); weight: ~120 g. Constructed entirely from reinforced grey plastic — non-conductive, corrosion-proof, and suited to indoor or sheltered outdoor mounting. When system pressure reaches the upper set point, internal contacts open to interrupt power; as pressure declines, they reclose to restart the pump — forming a self-contained control loop. Frequently used in UK garden pumps, holiday home water systems, and small-scale irrigation networks requiring dependable, low-intervention automation.
