A dedicated main testing cable for MB Star SD C4 and SD Connect Compact4 diagnostic tools. With a nominal length of 150 cm (±1–3 cm), it uses industry-standard OBD II 16-pin layout and is constructed from durable plastic with enhanced outer insulation. It serves solely as the primary interface cable linking the SD C4 unit to the vehicle’s diagnostic port — facilitating stable, bidirectional communication for reading and clearing codes, viewing live data, performing actuator tests, and executing control unit programming. Its design prioritises mechanical resilience over cosmetic features, making it fit for daily use in demanding workshop conditions. This cable supports only traditional OBD2 protocols and explicitly excludes DOIP functionality.
