A purpose-built can sleeve manufactured using high-precision FDM 3D printing with certified matte-finish PLA filament. Dimensions: 8 cm × 8 cm × 12 cm (3.15" × 3.15" × 4.72"). Designed exclusively for 12oz / 330ml standard-diameter aluminium beverage cans, it achieves mechanical lock via inner wall geometry rather than friction alone — ensuring zero rotation or lift during handling. The conga drum form integrates Puerto Rican flag colour zones directly into the print path, avoiding post-processing steps that compromise durability. Matte surface enhances grip security and minimises glare under indoor lighting or sunlight. PLA’s natural insulating properties contribute to reduced hand chill and slower drink warming, while the rigid structure protects cans from dents during transport.
