Dedicated CNC Z-axis auto-zero probe designed for Mach3 milling and engraving systems. Achieves 0.001 mm repeatability under controlled conditions. Operates across -25°C to +70°C ambient temperatures. Touch force calibrated at 1.3–2.4 N for reliable tool contact detection. Four-layer sealed construction protects internal components from oil, water, and workshop debris. Powered by DC10–30V (≤20 mA). Includes dual-wiring support: PNP (Black=DC24V, Green=output, Red=DC24V, Yellow=over-protection) and NPN (Black=0V, Green=output, Red=0V, Yellow=over-protection). Installation requires perpendicular tool approach and mounting away from heavy chip accumulation zones.
