M6 Corrugated Spring Washers Stainless A2

50 x M6 DIN 137 Form B corrugated spring washers, manufactured from genuine A2 (1.4301) stainless steel. Meets full DIN 137 dimensional and functional requirements. Approximate measurements: OD 12.5 mm, ID 6.4 mm, thickness 1.2 mm. Fully resistant to rain, condensation, de-icing salts and mild industrial pollutants — ideal for UK’s temperate, high-humidity climate. The symmetrical corrugation provides bi-directional spring action — equally effective whether installed under bolt head or nut. This balanced load response prevents eccentric loading and extends thread life in frequently assembled/disassembled joints. Also compatible with stainless, galvanised and zinc-alloy fasteners without galvanic corrosion risk. Widely adopted in UK domestic retrofitting (e.g., conservatory roofs, decking subframes), municipal lighting columns, irrigation systems and small-batch manufacturing — where reliability, ease of audit and supply chain transparency matter.
