M6 Corrugated A2 Stainless Spring Washers

50-piece set of M6 DIN 137 Form B corrugated spring washers, precision-engineered from A2 (V2A) stainless steel. Typical dimensions: OD 12.5 mm, ID 6.4 mm, thickness 1.2 mm. Fully compliant with EN ISO 3506-1 for austenitic stainless steel fasteners. Non-rusting, non-magnetic, and resistant to chlorides, humidity and UV exposure. The spring action originates from the radial corrugation, enabling elastic recovery after compression — this maintains preload in bolted joints despite cyclic loading, surface settling or thermal drift. Unlike lock washers with split ends, Form B offers quieter operation and no risk of embedding or scoring mating surfaces. Frequently specified in UK local authority infrastructure projects, caravan chassis builds, garden shed framing, pump housings and electrical enclosures — anywhere regulatory compliance, longevity or environmental resilience is prioritised.
