Low Voltage DC Surge Protector 20KA

Dedicated low-voltage DC surge protection device for photovoltaic and battery storage applications. Measures 90 × 49 × 36 mm and weighs 260 g. Constructed with flame-retardant PC housing for safe operation in confined electrical enclosures. Features modular design for rapid field replacement and simplified stock management. Internal electronics selected for reliability and longevity under repetitive transient stress. Purple copper terminal blocks ensure low-impedance connection and sustained conductivity across temperature cycles. Mounts securely on standard 36 mm DIN rail (2-pole configuration), supporting co-location with circuit protection devices in domestic or light-commercial distribution boards. Rated continuous operating voltage: 1000 V DC. Type #1 offers 10 kA nominal and 20 kA maximum discharge current; Type #2 (optional) delivers 20 kA / 40 kA. Residual voltage remains below 3.0 kV. Short-circuit rating: 1 kA.
