Measures 9.5 cm in length and weighs approximately 50 g. This is a fixed two-stage low-pass EMI filter board designed for direct mounting at the AC power entry point of electronic systems. Functions as a reactance-based barrier against high-frequency conducted emissions, mitigating interference from both external grid sources and internal high-speed switching operations. Constructed with high-performance imported components to ensure predictable insertion loss characteristics. Commonly integrated into precision test gear, building automation controllers, CNC machine interfaces, lift control cabinets, inverter-fed lighting systems, UPS backup units and vehicle electronics. For optimal effectiveness: install immediately after the main isolator, connect E-terminal firmly to grounded enclosure, use twisted-pair input/output leads, and maintain ≥5 cm separation between input and output conductors.
