Lightweight Cold Shoe Rig Adapter

A purpose-built cold shoe mount adapter designed for professional DSLR and mirrorless video rigs. Constructed from lightweight yet rigid anodized aluminum alloy using precision CNC methods, it measures 2.5 x 2.5 x 1.5 cm and weighs only 12 g. The top safety screw locks accessories securely into the cold shoe slot, while dual 1/4" threaded holes — spaced precisely 9 mm apart — accommodate standard cage and cheese plate mounting patterns. Anti-reverse positioning pins engage with these holes to resist rotation. Additionally, three extra 1/4" threaded holes arranged concentrically (also 9 mm spaced) allow for custom pin-based orientation locking — ensuring accessories stay fixed at the intended angle even after repeated setup and teardown.
