Engineered as a direct replacement for HP large-format plotters, this printhead uses industrial-grade ABS to deliver durability without added mass—total weight is 210g (7.41oz). It supports HP711, T530, T525, T520, T130, T125, T120, and T100 models. The material’s natural resistance to oxidation and solvent exposure makes it ideal for repeated cleaning cycles and long shelf life. Each unit is physically and electrically validated before leaving the warehouse: mounting lugs, contact array pitch, and interface depth are measured against HP specification tolerances. No software or driver changes are needed—installation follows standard HP service documentation.
