Lightweight 45° Air Chamfer Tool

This metal-bodied pneumatic chamfering tool measures 15 x 5.8 cm with a 3.2 cm body diameter and 4.8 cm grinding disc. Designed for one-hand use, it supports chamfering on holes ≥8 mm. Operates at free speed 30,000 RPM with air consumption of 0.4 L/min and 1/4 inch PT inlet. Chamfer capacity: C-angle 0.1–1.5 mm, R-angle arc radius 0.1–1.5 mm, depth adjustment 0.1–0.9 mm. Equipped with 1–5 position air valve, thickened speed-adjustment knob, safety switch, and quick-change blade system using supplied spanners. Suitable for steel, aluminium, copper, acrylic and wood.
