LeakResistant PVC Clamping Ring

This replacement clamping ring is made from molded PVC and designed to secure the junction between multiway valves and sand filter tanks. It measures approximately 300 mm in diameter (standard size for residential sand filters), weighs 120 g, and features a rigid yet slightly flexible profile to maintain consistent clamp tension across operating pressure cycles including backwash. The material resists degradation from chlorine, bromine, and other common pool sanitizers, as well as prolonged exposure to moisture and UV-stabilised outdoor conditions. It functions by evenly distributing compressive force around the valve-to-tank flange interface, preventing misalignment and seal failure. Ideal for routine servicing, winterisation, or equipment upgrades on residential and light commercial sand filtration systems.
