LCD-Equipped Stepper Motor Driver

This single-axis stepper motor controller is powered by DC 5–30V and designed for common cathode stepper motors. Constructed from plastic, it functions reliably in ambient temperatures from -5°C to 60°C (non-condensing). Its onboard LCD display enables real-time monitoring and local configuration without external tools. Communication is handled via TTL serial port, supporting remote command transmission. The system supports four operational modes: automatic, manual, setting, and serial port control — accessible through a streamlined interface. All key motion parameters — speed (0.1–999 rpm), forward/reverse pulse counts (1–9999), forward/inversion delays (0.0–999.9 s), cycle repetitions (1–9999), and segment selection (1–128) — are fully configurable and retained after power cycling. Designed for standalone use or integration into broader industrial control systems, it is approved only for general-purpose automation, excluding medical, fire protection, or life-critical applications.
