LCD Digital Brush Motor Speed Controller

This DC motor regulator supports brushed motors with input voltage range DC10–55V, continuous current up to 40A and instantaneous current up to 60A. The unit features a backlit LCD display showing real-time speed percentage (0–100%), working time, operation mode (forward/reverse), and current status. Dimensions for panel mounting are 129 × 81.5 mm (5.08 × 3.21 in), and wiring is simplified via fence-type terminal blocks. Speed control is achieved through precise current adjustment at 15 kHz switching frequency, supporting both jogging (+/−) and smooth linear output under load. Manual and fully automatic modes are configurable: in automatic mode, the controller cycles forward → stop → reverse within user-defined time intervals. All settings—including slow start/stop (0–10 s), speed limits (0–80% min / 0–100% max), acceleration/deceleration step size (1–25% per press), and total runtime (1s to 99h59m59s)—are adjustable via intuitive tactile buttons without potentiometer wear.
