Large-Size Cotton Fermenting Cloth

90.00 × 66.00 × 0.10 cm (35.37 × 25.94 × 0.04 in) — engineered for real-world UK baking needs. Fabric weight and weave density provide balanced support: firm enough to hold dough shape during long cold ferments, yet supple enough to drape smoothly over boules without creasing or dragging. Pure cotton canvas construction ensures compatibility with wet-dough techniques (e.g., 75–85% hydration sourdough), resisting saturation while allowing slow vapour exchange. Machine washable at 30°C, line-dry recommended. No shrinkage observed in testing after five full wash/dry cycles. Khaki tone is unbleached — reflects natural cotton pigment, avoiding dye-related skin sensitivities or fabric degradation.
