IR Beam Detector Wall Mounted

This wall-mounted single beam infrared detector provides targeted intrusion detection for residential windows and external doors. It works by projecting an invisible infrared beam between a transmitter and receiver installed on opposing sides of the opening; any break in the beam—such as from an intruder stepping across the threshold—triggers the connected alarm unit indoors within 1 second. It supports 12–24V AC/DC input, consumes over 25mA, and maintains performance from -10°C to 50°C. Maximum detection range is 15 metres, and units may be spaced up to 20 metres apart. Automatic alignment simplifies commissioning, and its robust housing suits indoor and sheltered outdoor mounting in UK dwellings.
