Dedicated underwater ultrasonic ranging module for autonomous swimming pool cleaning robots. Combines high precision, compact form factor, and immunity to static interference. Fully sealed to IP68 standard, enabling uninterrupted operation below water surface level. Operates reliably between -15°C and 55°C — compatible with year-round use across UK and continental European climates. Detection range selectable from 2 cm to 300 cm using UART commands. Two beam angle variants available: 10° for extended linear path sensing or 15° for enhanced lateral coverage. Manufactured in durable grey plastic suited to prolonged exposure in treated water.
