Intek 206 214731 Carburetor Replacement

This 214731 carburetor serves as a direct mechanical and functional replacement for Briggs & Stratton Intek 206 engines installed in snowblowers. It reproduces the OEM’s air intake throat diameter (22 mm), fuel nozzle placement relative to venturi, float arm pivot geometry, and choke plate sweep angle. Housing material is pressure-die-cast zinc with post-casting passivation to resist oxidation in humid, salt-laden winter environments. Critical orifices are laser-drilled and flow-tested to ±3% tolerance. Fuel inlet accepts standard 1/4" OD fuel line with compression-type fitting; throttle and choke linkages interface via stamped steel levers with hardened pivot pins. Validated for engines marked with part numbers 1264120212E1 and 1213120144E1—no adaptation needed for original equipment configurations.
