Industrial USB to RS485 Adapter

This industrial-grade USB to RS485 converter features a genuine FT232RL chipset for stable, high-speed serial communication up to 921600 bps. It measures compactly with screw-terminal RS485 interface (A+, B-, GND), powered solely via USB-A port at 5 V. Built-in 600W TVS surge protection, 15 kV ESD protection, and self-recovering fuse ensure robust operation in harsh environments. Includes onboard 120 Ω termination resistor and supports multi-drop networks of up to 32 nodes. Three red LED indicators show power (PWR), transmit (TXD), and receive (RXD) status in real time. Designed for continuous operation across –15°C to +70°C and 5–95% RH (non-condensing). Maximum RS485 transmission distance reaches 1200 m at lower baud rates.
