Industrial 15A DC Motor Controller

This ABS-housed motor driver module is 55 mm long and engineered for stable, long-term operation in demanding environments. It accepts an input power supply from 6 V to 36 V DC, making it compatible with standard 12 V, 24 V, and 36 V systems. Continuous current capacity is 12 A without heatsinking, 15 A with simple heatsinking, and 20 A when fitted with a substantial radiator. It interprets TTL-level control inputs (high: 2.0–5.5 V; low: 0–0.8 V; open-circuit = low), enabling full bidirectional control and braking via three logic lines. PWM speed regulation spans 0.1% to 100.0%, with support for frequencies up to 100 kHz (20 kHz advised for optimal performance and noise reduction). Minimum PWM pulse width is 200 ns. The unit includes comprehensive protection: anti-static design, transient voltage suppression, under-voltage lockout, interface over-voltage protection, and dedicated 5 V output with overcurrent and signal overvoltage safeguards. Rated operating temperature: -25 °C to +80 °C.
