Features: 1. Ensure the device under test is powered off and capacitors are discharged prior to testing. Do not test while powered on. 2. Match the optocoupler PIN1 (marked with a dot) to the test board pin marked 1. 3. Connect the unit to a USB power source. Probe the optocoupler pins. A flashing light indicates a functional component. Brightness may vary. 4. Verify solid contact. If the light remains steady on or off, remove the component and test on a breadboard for confirmation.
