HVAC DC Motor Tester with Colour-Coded Wiring

A purpose-built diagnostic aid for DC fan motors in residential and light-commercial HVAC systems across the UK and EU. Measures 12.5 × 8.2 × 3.5 cm and weighs 280 g. Compatible with 3-wire and 5-wire configurations via a physical mode switch. Input voltage support up to 310V DC; provides 15V VCC, VSP (speed control), and FG (feedback) signal monitoring. Five ports are colour-coded and permanently labelled: red (310V), black (GND), yellow (VSP), blue (FG), white (15V). Real-time RPM and frequency data shown on built-in LCD. Speed is manually controlled via rotary knob for precise, incremental adjustment. Housed in shock-absorbing plastic casing. Automatic short-circuit protection engages instantly upon detecting 310V-level overcurrent, cutting power to safeguard connected components.
