Brass hot melt nut indenter kit manufactured using CNC precision turning, suitable for embedding M2 (up to M2.5), M3, M5, M6 (1/4 inch), and M8 threaded inserts into thermoplastic parts. Designed for TS100 soldering iron systems and compatible with standard 936 universal tips (e.g., FX-888D). Incorporates a modular, two-part structure: fixed shank and removable knurled-head unit joined by hand-tightened internal threading — permitting rapid head changes without tools after cooling. Brass composition guarantees efficient thermal conduction and resistance to thermal fatigue. Carefully shaped head profile supports deep, clean embedment while safeguarding adjacent plastic surfaces from damage.
