HJC C10 Visor Base UV Wind Resistant

A dedicated replacement base for HJC C10 helmets, enabling secure, repeatable sun visor attachment. Made from high-flow black ABS, this base offers consistent wall thickness (2.3 mm average), precise screw-hole positioning (±0.15 mm tolerance), and a weight of 83–87 g per unit. The material meets UL94 HB flammability standards for automotive interior components. Its integrated wind seal geometry directs airflow smoothly over the visor edge rather than forcing it through gaps. Includes four corrosion-resistant steel screws with knurled heads for grip and torque control. Installs in ≤60 seconds using only a #2 Phillips driver.
