High-Viscosity VHB Tape Auto Mounting

Industrial-grade double-sided foam tape formulated with high-viscosity acrylic adhesive layers bonded to a resilient, closed-cell VHB foam carrier. Dimensions: 30 mm × 30 mm and 50 mm × 50 mm square formats, plus round versions. Density and thickness ensure mechanical damping and gap-filling capability — especially useful for bonding dissimilar materials with differing thermal expansion rates. The tape exhibits excellent resistance to moisture, ageing, and temperature fluctuations once fully cured. Its pressure-sensitive nature requires only firm finger or roller pressure for activation — no solvents, primers, or curing ovens needed. Final bond strength develops over three days, peaking after 72 hours of uninterrupted contact at room temperature. Suitable for semi-permanent mounting tasks including rear-view camera housings, door sill protectors, dashcams, interior lighting strips, and aftermarket styling elements — wherever mechanical fastening is impractical or aesthetically undesirable.
