Valid for non-metal vessels only — minimum pipe OD: 10 mm; max wall thickness scales precisely with OD (e.g., 5±1 mm for 30–40 mm OD; 15±0.5 mm for 10–20 mm OD). Engineered for demanding applications: detects liquid height inside fully sealed, pressurised tanks — no venting, no access ports, no internal components. Uses real-time signal filtering to reject noise from pump vibration, nearby motors, or EMI — delivering stable high/low state output. Supports cascaded installation for multi-threshold alerts (e.g., empty, half-full, full, overflow). Widely adopted in UK pharmaceutical buffer tanks, dairy CIP systems, and renewable energy thermal stores.
