High-Performance Armature Rotor Replacement

This armature rotor anchor replacement is engineered for rotary hammers operating at AC 220–240V, compatible with models GBH5-40, GBH5-40DE, GBH5-40DCE, GSH5E and GSH5CE. It measures approximately within ±1–3 cm tolerance and weighs as per standard rotor specifications for this class of tool. Constructed using high-grade laminated steel stack material to reduce temperature rise under load and improve electromagnetic efficiency. The commutator features higher-purity copper with tighter bar-to-bar spacing, minimising sparking during operation and extending service life. Grade 2 copper winding wire ensures thermal endurance under sustained high-load conditions. Encapsulated in epoxy resin to secure windings against displacement caused by intense vibration—critical for heavy-duty rotary hammer applications. Shaft is heat-treated for enhanced hardness and precise gear engagement. Note: Colour may vary slightly between batches due to manufacturing variances; variation does not affect performance or fit.
