High-Current Microstep Motor Driver

Engineered for 57mm and 86mm stepper motors, this digital microstepping driver operates on 24–110V DC or 18–80V AC power. Its H-bridge bipolar constant-phase current design supports up to 7.2A output across eight configurable current levels. Microstepping resolution spans 15 modes — up to 128 subdivisions — enabling fine-grained motion control. Input signals are optically isolated for noise immunity, and the standard single-pulse interface ensures plug-and-play compatibility with common controllers (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Mach3, GRBL). An offline hold function disables current to the motor when not moving, conserving energy. A large integrated fan provides continuous active cooling, while built-in thermal and overcurrent safeguards protect against overload conditions. Housed in a black ABS enclosure for durability and electrical insulation.
