A robust, manually operated noodle press fabricated entirely from food-grade stainless steel for lasting UK kitchen performance. Measures 25 cm (L) × 12 cm (W) × 15 cm (H); weighs 1.8 kg. Comes with five stainless steel moulds: spaghetti, fettuccine, fusilli, flat ribbon, and thick udon — all permanently marked for quick identification. Features a fully enclosed pressing chamber and a high-leverage lever system that eliminates dough spillage and ensures full extrusion. Requires only water for cleaning — no detergent, no disassembly, no drying time.
