The vertical plate is made from high-hardness alloy aluminium (2 mm thick, 5.2 cm high × 5.0 cm wide), while the base is constructed from 1.5 mm stainless steel — combining rigidity, corrosion resistance, and long-term structural integrity. It features a centre stepped hole with ~17 mm diameter to accommodate motor shaft alignment, and four M4 screw holes (4 mm diameter) for reliable motor fixation. The electroplated surface enhances rust resistance, especially in workshop environments where moisture or metal dust is present. Designed for functional stability during demanding tasks such as drilling, polishing, and cutting — where vibration control and precise angular positioning are essential.
