This precision-crafted Morse taper adapter kit includes three high-strength adapters: MT1–MT2 (92 mm / 3.62 in long, bottom hole Ø12 mm / 0.47 in), MT2–MT3 (112 mm / 4.41 in long, bottom hole Ø17 mm / 0.67 in), and MT3–MT4 (133 mm / 5.24 in long, bottom hole Ø23 mm / 0.91 in). All adapters are made from hardened 45 steel with HRC58 hardness, treated via integral quenching for enhanced durability and wear resistance. The internal and external surfaces are ground to high dimensional accuracy and exceptional smoothness, ensuring reliable concentricity and secure fit in tapered spindle applications. Designed specifically for use with tapered shank reamers, drills, and MT-handle tooling, the kit enables seamless step-down between Morse taper sizes while maintaining rigidity and alignment under heavy-duty machining loads.
