Heavy-Duty Measuring Baking Mat

Measures 60 x 40 cm (23.6 x 15.7 inches) and weighs approx. 320 g. Built with 0.6 mm food-grade silicone reinforced by glass fibre for strength, flexibility and heat tolerance up to 244°C (480°F). The underside features a dense, tactile non-slip pattern that locks onto smooth surfaces during active dough manipulation. A full-surface measurement grid — marked in centimetres and inches — supports consistent sizing for cookies, tarts, puff pastry and more. Its substantial thickness prevents edge lift and lateral movement, offering significantly greater stability than standard 0.3 mm options. Surface is non-porous and cleans quickly with warm soapy water. Also suitable for oven use, surface protection and chocolate tempering thanks to uniform heat response and release performance.
