Handheld Portable Digital Oscilloscope Transistor

Function: 1. Convenient and 3-in-1: this digital oscilloscope, electronic component tester and PWM signal generator function, combined into one. The oscilloscope has a real-time sampling rate and a bandwidth of 500 kHz. Voltage signals up to 400 V can be measured. 2. Identify device type: Oscilloscope mode can test the circuit signal waveform, while Mos test mode can test different types of transistors, which can identify device type, pin polarity, hFE, state voltage, junction capacitance, resistance, inductive components, etc. Signal generator mode, you can use sine, pulse, triangle or ramp waveform. 3. Sine frequency output signal: The signal generator has 5 built-in fundamental waveform, sine wave output frequency 1-10KHz 0-3.3V 50%, vertical sensitivity 10mV to 10V, horizontal time base range 1us-10s, more waveform data can be obtained in the unit time, making the waveform more accurate. 4. TFT screen: The oscilloscope is powered by a built-in 1500 mA battery, which will be fully charged in 1-2 hours with a 5V 2A power supply and can run for 4 hours (green indicator / red charging indicator). The digital handheld oscilloscope and transistor tester features a 2.4 inch high resolution TFT screen with adjustable backlight. Better reading experience and easy to use. 5. Multi-interface display: The oscilloscope can test various functions and support multi-interface screen display. With the keyboard design, it is more convenient to operate and select various test function modes. 6. Applicable Components: The oscilloscope supports online operation with a PC, which is especially useful for quickly pairing transistors, identifying mixed face-mount and wordless components, and pre-checking small series components.
