A compact 12 cm × 3.5 cm half-round sander made from high-density plastic, weighing 180 g. Its solid, non-flexible profile ensures stable tracking along sharp internal angles and gradual curves. Supplied with ten 180-grit sandpaper pads sized to wrap the full curve without gaps or overlaps. Optimised for drywall corner finishing, wooden picture frame mitres, pipe insulation edges, and plasterboard reveals. Performs reliably on porous and non-porous substrates alike — including setting-type joint compound, pine, acrylic sheet, and galvanised steel — without loading or glazing. Requires no setup, calibration, or maintenance beyond pad replacement.
