Green TB6560 3A Stepper Driver Board

Compact single-axis CNC driver board measuring 75 × 50 × 35 mm (2.95 × 1.96 × 1.37 in). Continuous current rating: 3 A per phase (3.5 A peak). Operates on DC 10–35 V input, with DC 24 V switching supply advised for optimal stability. Housing combines durable PCB, impact-resistant plastic and thermally conductive metal parts. Powered by genuine TB6560AHQ controller IC, delivering coordinated low-voltage, overtemperature and overcurrent protection. Supports two-phase (42/57 mm), four-phase, four-wire and six-wire stepper motors rated at or below 3 A — explicitly unsuitable for >3 A motors. Microstepping options: full, half, 1/8 and 1/16 (max 16×). Built-in automatic half-current reduction during standstill improves efficiency and thermal management. Signal integrity ensured by 6N137 high-speed optical isolators.
