Graphite Ingot Mould Set 1kg Capacity

Each graphite ingot mould measures approx. 100 x 50 x 25 mm externally and 90 x 40 x 20 mm internally, with a capacity of up to 1 kg for gold or 500 g for silver. Made from high-purity graphite with minimal ash content, these moulds preserve metal purity during refining and support long-term reuse without cracking or deformation. They offer excellent thermal conductivity to reduce melting time, withstand temperatures up to 2000°C, and resist acid, alkali, corrosion, and impact. Tested compressive strength is 89 MPa and flexural strength is 48.7 MPa. Ideal for casting non-ferrous metals including gold, silver, aluminium, copper, brass, and zinc in lab experiments, small-scale refining, or educational metallurgy applications.
