A purpose-built, palm-sized tool measuring 5 cm in length, 3 cm in width, and 2.5 cm in height — engineered for single-hand operation on pull-tab aluminium cans. Constructed using fused deposition modelling (FDM) 3D printing with food-grade PLA filament, offering rigidity, low moisture absorption, and resistance to mild detergents. The lever action is calibrated to activate at ~2.5 kg of downward force — sufficient for stiff tabs yet gentle enough for controlled use. The skull motif extends beyond styling: the hollowed cranium lowers centre of gravity, improving stability when pressing down; the angular zygomatic arches prevent lateral slipping during off-centre tab engagement.
