G1/2 Full-Copper Flow Sensor Switch

A compact, robust water flow switch built with full-copper body and G1/2" external thread (DN15mm), measuring just 62mm in length. It uses gravity-start operation to detect water movement with high repeatability: minimum activation flow is 1–1.5 L/min, max flow capacity is 12 L/min, and maximum rated pressure is 1.2 MPa. Compatible with both AC and DC power sources — from 3V up to 250V — including standard UK mains (220–240V AC) and common control voltages (5V/12V/24V DC). Rated for 10 million operational cycles and stable performance between –20°C and +60°C. Its all-metal structure resists thermal expansion and internal wear, while the impurity self-cleaning feature helps sustain accuracy in hard-water or debris-prone installations. Widely deployed in domestic water heaters, electric faucets, conditioning units and industrial water management systems across Europe.
