Engineered for resin-rich FRP laminating processes, this bubble roller has a 22 mm diameter × 75 mm length rolling head made from faux bristles, paired with a finely finished wooden handle. At ~138 g (4.9 oz), it offers ideal balance for one-handed operation. Its primary function is to compact wet resin systems, drive out air voids, and ensure intimate contact between reinforcement layers and matrix — critical for achieving full mechanical properties in cured composites. Widely deployed in marine, automotive, and industrial FRP fabrication for both flat and contoured workpieces, and cleaned safely with acetone.
