Fold-Flat Stainless Steamer Rack 13.5CM

Compact 13.5 cm stainless steel steamer rack built for flexibility and longevity. Dimensions: 13.5 cm diameter × 6.5 cm maximum height (with legs extended). Weight: 180 g. Material: 304 stainless steel, polished finish. Legs detach with a simple press-and-slide motion and fold flush to the base — total stored thickness is just 1.2 cm. Compatible with cookware having internal diameters from 14 cm to 22 cm. Engineered for even heat distribution: the radial grid pattern ensures uniform steam rise, while the elevated centre supports round items (eggs, buns) without rolling. No rivets or welds at stress points — seamless construction prevents food trapping and bacterial harbouring. Tested across real UK usage patterns: holds 8 large eggs upright without tipping; accommodates 16 pleated dumplings in a single layer with ample airflow; withstands rapid temperature shifts (e.g., boiling-to-ice-bath rinse) without micro-cracking or discoloration.
