Foam Speaker Surround Repair Kit

This is a single-piece foam speaker surround replacement kit designed for active speakers with cone diameters of 4, 5, 6.5, 8 or 10 inches. The kit includes precise dimensions for each size: for the 4-inch option, outside diameter is 98 mm ±2 mm, inside diameter is 64 mm, convex outside diameter is 90 mm ±2 mm, and convex diameter is 72 mm; corresponding measurements are provided for all other sizes. Made from resilient sponge foam material, it restores original acoustic performance by replacing worn or degraded surrounds. Installation requires removal of the old gasket, cleaning the surface, applying contact cement (not included), carefully centring the new surround on the cone, and pressing firmly around the frame using thumb and index finger until fully adhered. Elmer’s wood glue may be used on the outer frame for additional bonding stability.
