Foam-Padded Sit Up Support Bar

Dimensions: 27 x 14 x 13 cm (packaged); frame material not specified but built for repeated home use. Includes two cushioned foot pegs with soft thick foam covering, and a robust rubber suction base measuring 12 cm in diameter. Four height positions (18.5–21 cm) are selected by pressing a spring-loaded buckle. Installation requires only a clean, flat, non-porous floor surface — press bar and handle simultaneously to activate suction seal. No screws, brackets or wall contact needed. The device enhances abdominal training by fixing foot position to isolate core muscles, reduce hip flexor dominance, and encourage proper lumbar alignment. Supports progressive overload through controlled tempo work — e.g., slower eccentric phases during crunches. Also aids balance and stability in modified push-ups, side-lying leg lifts, and seated knee tucks. Designed specifically for space-conscious UK homes: fits under beds or beside sofas; lightweight enough to carry upstairs; compatible with common flooring types including vinyl, tile and sealed wood — avoids scratches thanks to smooth base and foam pegs.
