Flow & Temp Switch for Intellichlor IC20 IC40

This replacement flow switch serves Pentair Intellichlor salt chlorinators (IC-15, IC-20, IC-40, IC-60) and supersedes part number 520736. Its compact plastic construction is rated for outdoor pool equipment use year-round in variable UK climates. Dimensions match OEM specifications within ±1–3 cm. It integrates two essential monitoring functions: water flow detection (red and black/blue wires) and temperature sensing (white and green wires) — both required inputs for Intellichlor’s safety logic. The unit ships with four push-button wire connectors and waterproof sealing tape to safeguard connections against moisture ingress. A visible arrow on the housing confirms correct orientation relative to pipe flow direction — ensuring accurate sensor readings and preventing nuisance ‘no flow’ warnings caused by backward installation.
