1、The First Layer: The first layer is PEI film with smooth surfaces, which has good adhesion to various printing materials, also able to withstand a high temperature resistance up to 200℃. 2、The Second Layer: The second layer is spring steel plate with good flatness, and enables elastically deformation as well. 3、The Third Layer: The third layer of soft magnetic rubber base can be directly attached to the hot bed and can withstand high temperature of 130 ℃ for a long time. 4、Better Printing: The surface has strong adhesion, no glue is required, and cold printing can be achieved, and the printing is not warped, and the bottom surface of the printed product is smooth. 5、Simpler Removal: Adopting magnetic material and steel, you can easily take the mould by gently bending the steel plate.
